“Everything you want and
expect and then some”
Our family stayed at the
Manor for a week from 7/26 to 8/2. The house is clean and large and accommodated 12 people and 2 small dogs (5
children). The family with 4 children stayed on the lower level where they had bunk beds for the boys, a quiet
corner for the baby, and plenty of toys and books in the playroom. The 2 young girls in the group shared the
Princess Room and loved it. All the adults had comfortable rooms. The house is equipped to an unbelievable
extent - almost anything you may need or want is there. It was fun opening doors and drawers to find what
Stephanie has provided - we especially appreciated the baby beds, stroller, and high chair as the family members
traveling from Alabama did not have to bring those items (more room in their van for fun
The grounds are super - it
was wonderful to have room to walk the little dogs without leaving the property. The lake is fun to see - a
large koi, lots of little fish, and a snapping turtle who likes burned toast. We enjoyed the fire pit for
roasting hot dogs and marshmallows and sitting there to watch the young ones play on the play set and run around
the large grounds - there was even a nice trail around the lake that was just right for a small dog walk. The
bird watchers in the group enjoyed the green heron who came every day and the occasional
On the whole, you could not
find a better place to rent for a family vacation. The price is quite reasonable for such a well equipped place
to use as a base for visiting attractions in the area. Give Stephanie a call and see if she can fit in your
group for a great experience!

“Beautiful home, beautiful
Our family of 15 had a wonderful
vacation in Hendersonville and Asheville. White Stone Manor was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time
together. The house is very spacious and allows for plenty of room for group gatherings as well as quiet get
away times. We have rented many homes and have never been more pleased with how well the home was supplied. The
kitchen contains everything needed and wanted. Everything is there for babies and children also! The linens were
an excellent quality and the beds very comfortable. Stephanie was wonderful to us and saw that everything was
perfect. Thank you, Stephanie!

“Wonderful Family Vacation at
White Stone Lake!”
Our family had a wonderful
vacation at the White Stone Lake Manor house this June. We came in three separate cars and totaled 11 in all;
six adults and five children ages 2 to 10. Everyone loved the house and the huge yard and lovely lake! My
husband and I claimed the Lake View bedroom as ours, and enjoyed having coffee on our little deck in the early
mornings. The children loved everything in the house, from the TVs in their bedrooms (not allowed in their own
houses!) to the bunk beds, media room for movies, and the great selection of games and toys. The five little
boys had lots of fun on the playset, and the "tween" granddaughter liked to wander around to the far side of the
lake to sit in the swing. We took turns cooking dinners in the very nice kitchen, and we were able to seat
everyone at once around the big dining room table. The abundant supply of fluffy white towels and the luxurious
bathrooms were well appreciated. We built a fire out in the fire pit two evenings and listened to the frogs! It
was hard to leave the comforts of the house to go elsewhere, but we did go to the Biltmore Estate one day, rode
the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad another day, and visited the Cradle of Forestry and took a drive along the
Blue Ridge Parkway one day. I was amazed at all the different things there are to do in the
Hendersonville/Ashville area, and the house had lots of booklets and brochures with suggestions for activities.
I recommend this house to anyone wanting a very relaxed vacation in a beautiful

“The perfect house for large families”
This is a wonderful rental
property especially if you are traveling with children. The house is beautifully maintained and immaculate with
everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The adults enjoyed the massage chair, the movie
collection and relaxing on the decks soaking up the views while the kids thoroughly took advantage of all the
toys and the outdoor clubhouse. Our group of 16 had plenty of space, and we all felt very comfortable. The house
is conveniently located close to grocery stores, and downtown Hendersonville is full of charming shops and great
restaurants. Asheville and the fabulous Biltmore Estate are just a short drive away, and there are numerous
spots to hike and enjoy the outdoors. A favorite spot among our family was Pearson's Falls. White Stone Manor
did not disappoint; we were so pleased with the house and the owners. It was a memorable family

Our three generation family
had a comfortable week at spacious White Stone Manor. The layout of the bedrooms allowed for the 'early to bed,
early to rise' as well as the night owls in the family the luxury of special time alone without disturbing other
family members. The kitchen was well stocked for both cooking and baking and the large dining room gave us all a
chance to eat together. The huge back yard allowed for games of bocce ball and corn hole to go on at the same
time the fire pit was in use for s'mores. Thanks for the opportunity to make more
We had a great time at White
Stone Manor. It had plenty of space for two families (10 people) and the kids loved it. It has wonderful
amenities - everything we needed in the kitchen, good quality sheets and towels, an awesome hot tub and even a
swing set for the kids. Stephanie the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this
property and would love to stay here again.

GREAT place for large family group!
Property was as nice as
described and well maintained. The home was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Stephanie was a gracious
and helpful home owner, patient with our requests and clear with her instruction. The little ones in our
extended family group had a wonderful time in the bunkroom/playroom and on the playground in the big backyard.
The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to fix a proper Thanksgiving meal! The oven in the second kitchen
downstairs was hugely helpful! Great choice for a family oriented trip to the area. Was a 20-30 minute drive to
Triple Falls, where we enjoyed a short hike. Was also a short 15-20 minute drive to Biltmore Park, where we
enjoyed shopping, a movie and several choices for a quick dining out. The BIltmore was a 20 minute drive away,
which was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Most other locales in Asheville were about a 25-30 minute drive
away. We had a great stay and would love to return!

Wonderful family week! The house was great for our
family. Our four granddaughters especially liked the bunk room and play area. They even fixed dinner one night
in "their" kitchen. The house was big enough for everyone to have space but also had space for us all to eat
together. I would definitely recommend White Stone

Excellent property - best we
have every rented!
This trip was the second time
we have stayed at the White Stone Manor. This property is perfect - large grassed area for dogs and children,
lovely pond, wonderful play set. House is furnished with every thing you can possibly need and stuff you did not
even know you needed. Appliances have been updated since our 2014 stay - latest models. Comfortable and cosy.
Highly recommend for family groups. You cannot find a better place in the area.

Beautiful Home for Family
Vacation. This home was so lovely and clean! We were just about 20
minutes from Asheville so we could enjoy both Hendersonville and Asheville. We had 12 people and the house had
room and sleeping for all. Stephanie Joy Johnson gave great customer service. We hope to rent from her again. I
feel lucky to have been in her property.
- The Carter Family,
Outstanding property!!!! We
spent a week at the house and found it to be well maintained and very comfortable for a large group. There were
11 of us and we never felt cramped. Everything you need for a enjoyable stay is there for you. The kids loved
the yard, feeding the fish and making smores in the fire pit. I would highly recommend staying

Great location and layout.
Property was well kept and the starter household supplies were enough to get 12 folks through 4 days. Location
was great for enjoying the outdoor activities in the region, yet close enough to the Hendersonville downtown to
give easy access to restaurants. All in all we had zero complaints among our

Great Stay! Plenty of Room for the Whole Family!
Our family of 10 (6 adults and
4 kids) had plenty of room (and bathrooms) in this home! The kitchen was well stocked and our grandchildren
loved the bunk beds and playroom area downstairs in the basement and ran to the awesome playground equipment as
soon as we arrived! We were amazed that there was another entire apartment downstairs - complete with living and
dining rooms, laundry, bathroom, bedroom, bunks and playroom. The home was clean, comfortable with plenty of
room for the entire family and only a quick drive to the Biltmore! We recommend!
